Hayleys Fentons is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to develop the business and increase market share by providing customised solutions related to Solar Power products. This role involves collaboration with third-party channels, sales, and marketing teams to acquire new customers and nurture existing accounts.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies achieving revenue goals
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams to meet objectives
- Strong relationship-building skills with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Proficient in monitoring sales performance and delivering actionable insights
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with third parties, sales teams, and leadership to secure and expand account portfolios
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Understand client needs and offer solutions, responding to requests for proposals
- Prepare and deliver presentations at meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Manage and maintain databases of potential leads and client information (Salesforce, CRM, Excel)
- Identify new revenue-generating opportunities for Hayleys Solar System and manage partner-driven revenue pipelines
