Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate student leads through various channels.
• Advise students and parents on programme selection.
• Follow up all leads and guide them from initial inquiry to application submission.
• Meet monthly enrollment targets set by management.
• Update and maintain accuracy of student records.
• Assist students with application paperwork.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years proven experience in sales or business development.
• Competitive, target-oriented mindset with strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Direct experience in student recruitment or sales within the education sector preferred.
• Fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
