Cargills Bank invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of Manager Card Business. This role is critical for managing and growing the bank’s card products and merchant acquiring portfolio, contributing to the advancement of digital payment solutions in Sri Lanka’s banking sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies for Debit and Credit Cards
• Lead the full product lifecycle from launch to enhancements
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and customer engagement
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis
• Maximize business opportunities within the Cargills Eco System
• Achieve budgeted business volumes and profitability for merchant acquiring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Drive high card activation rates and increased card spend

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10 years in Banking, including 5 years in a similar role within banking or financial services
• Full/part qualification in Finance, Banking, or Management degree; MBA is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of payment networks, industry trends, and product lifecycle management
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
