Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing robust product strategies for debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
• Support the end-to-end launch of new card products and product enhancements.
• Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners including card schemes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking with at least 3 years in payment card product management.
• Degree in Management, Professional qualification, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• In-depth knowledge of payment networks, industry trends, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder management ability.
