Key Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years proven experience in computer hardware maintenance, troubleshooting network systems, and professional CCTV installation/configuration.
• IT Project Leadership: Ability to lead IT projects ensuring smooth rollout of new systems and applications within set timelines and budgets.
• Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level is mandatory.
• Certification: Professional qualification or certification in Computer Hardware and Networking is required.
• Maintenance & Repair: Skilled in preventive maintenance and repair of diverse IT equipment.
• Field Mobility: Must hold a valid driving license and willingness to attend on-site service calls.
• Location Priority: Strict priority given to candidates residing in the Negombo area.
• Coordination: Capable of effective schedule coordination with technical supervisors.
• Documentation: Proficient in maintaining accurate service records, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
