Key Responsibilities
- Support HR planning, recruitment, selection, placement, induction, and performance management processes.
- Prepare regular reports and manage employee benefits including leave records, insurance, medical, transport, and welfare activities.
- Participate actively in organizing company events and employee training and development initiatives.
- Assist with administrative HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized university or institute specializing in Human Resources.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Sinhala and English.
